The enzymatic activity is important to determine the effectiveness when added to a product blend or when utilizing enzymes in a production process, such as brewing. The current activity assays are based on the USP-FCC enzyme assays and report in the specified units. ARL has tested raw materials and enzyme mixes, but if there are more complex matrices, our team can evaluate the suitability of the desired assays.
