With over a decade of dedicated experience in customer care, Dana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every interaction. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology, she has a solid foundation in scientific principles and laboratory practices. Prior to transitioning into ARL's Partnerships team, she served as a Lab Analyst in our Chemistry Department and has first hand experience and knowledge. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dana excels in effectively communicating with a diverse range of clients and colleagues. Combining her scientific background with her passion for customer satisfaction, she delivers unparalleled support and solutions to meet the unique needs of every individual ARL serves.
